1. Что делает Сервис

Vitrine (далее «Сервис») по нику собирает сайт из публичного содержимого профиля Instagram: постов, подписей, фото, видео и комментариев. Сборку выполняет автоматическая система. Готовый сайт открывается по приватной ссылке, а после публикации доступен по адресу вида ваш-ник.vitrine.alexandery.app. Сайт можно править обычным текстом на странице правок.

2. Кто может заказать сборку

Сборку запрашивает владелец профиля или лицо, действующее с его согласия. Опубликовать сайт может только владелец профиля. Если вы запускаете сборку по чужому профилю, вы обязуетесь получить согласие владельца до публикации, а по его требованию удалить сайт.

Сервис не запрашивает пароль от Instagram и не входит в аккаунт. Для сборки нужен открытый профиль, в котором есть хотя бы десять публикаций.

3. Права на содержимое

Фото, видео, тексты и другие материалы профиля принадлежат владельцу профиля и их авторам. Запуская сборку, вы подтверждаете, что имеете право использовать эти материалы для сайта. Ответственность за содержимое сайта, включая права на фото, видео, тексты, товарные знаки и отзывы клиентов, несёт владелец сайта.

Сервис сохраняет за собой право на собственный код, шаблоны и оформление, из которых собирается сайт. По обоснованному обращению правообладателя Сервис снимает сайт с публикации.

4. Сервис «как есть»

Сервис предоставляется «как есть». Сборку выполняет автоматическая система, поэтому в текстах могут быть неточности. Проверяйте факты на сайте перед публикацией: цены, телефоны, адреса, часы работы. Ошибки в фактах исправляются бесплатно.

Сервис не гарантирует бесперебойную работу, сохранность сайта без резервной копии на вашей стороне и какой-либо коммерческий результат. Сервис не отвечает за упущенную выгоду и косвенные убытки, связанные с использованием сайта.

5. Тарифы

• Free: первый сайт бесплатно, адрес вида ваш-ник.vitrine.alexandery.app, небольшая подпись «Сделано в Vitrine» в подвале сайта и одно бесплатное исправление фактов.
• Pro, 9 $ в месяц: сайт без подписи, свой домен, любые правки (факты, тексты, дизайн) и приоритетная сборка.
• Ultra, 20 $ в месяц: всё, что входит в Pro, продвижение в поиске, блог о вашем деле с ежемесячными текстами, обновление сайта из новых постов и ежемесячный отчёт. Тариф в разработке; заявки принимаются на странице сайта.

Актуальное описание тарифов опубликовано на главной странице. Сервис может менять состав и цену тарифов, сообщая об этом на сайте.

6. Оплата

В текущей версии оплата не списывается. Подключение Pro на странице правок работает в демонстрационном режиме: деньги с карты не снимаются, платёжные данные не запрашиваются и не хранятся. О запуске настоящей оплаты Сервис сообщит на главной странице и в этих условиях; до этого никакие платежи не принимаются.

7. Ограничения

• Нельзя запускать сборки по чужим профилям без согласия владельцев.
• Нельзя использовать Сервис для спама, обмана, нарушения чужих прав или размещения незаконного содержимого.
• Нельзя обходить лимиты Сервиса: с одного адреса принимается не больше трёх сборок в час и восьми в сутки, а всего Сервис собирает не больше сорока сайтов в сутки.

Сервис вправе отклонить запрос, приостановить сборку или снять сайт с публикации при нарушении этих условий.

8. Удаление сайта

Снять сайт с публикации можно в один клик на странице статуса. Полное удаление сайта и связанных с ним данных выполняется по запросу на s2kperm@gmail.com с указанием ника профиля, обычно в течение десяти дней. Порядок обработки данных описан в политике конфиденциальности.

9. Изменения условий

Новая редакция условий публикуется на этой странице с новой датой начала действия. Продолжая пользоваться Сервисом после публикации новой редакции, вы принимаете её.

1. What the Service does

Vitrine (the "Service") builds a website from the public content of an Instagram profile by handle: posts, captions, photos, videos and comments. The build is performed by an automated system. The finished site opens on a private link, and once published it is available at an address like your-handle.vitrine.alexandery.app. The site can be edited in plain words on the edits page.

2. Who may order a build

A build is requested by the profile owner or by a person acting with the owner's consent. Only the profile owner may publish the site. If you start a build from someone else's profile, you undertake to obtain the owner's consent before publishing and to delete the site at the owner's request.

The Service never asks for your Instagram password and never signs in to your account. A build requires a public profile with at least ten posts.

3. Rights to the content

The photos, videos, texts and other materials of the profile belong to the profile owner and their authors. By starting a build you confirm that you have the right to use these materials for the site. The site owner is responsible for the content of the site, including the rights to photos, videos, texts, trademarks and client reviews.

The Service retains the rights to its own code, templates and design from which the site is assembled. On a substantiated request from a rights holder the Service unpublishes the site.

4. The Service is provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is". The build is performed by an automated system, so the copy may contain inaccuracies. Check the facts on the site before publishing: prices, phone numbers, addresses, opening hours. Mistakes in facts are corrected for free.

The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the preservation of a site without a backup on your side, or any commercial result. The Service is not liable for lost profit or indirect losses related to the use of the site.

5. Plans

• Free: your first site is free, at an address like your-handle.vitrine.alexandery.app, with a small "Made with Vitrine" note in the footer and one free fact fix.
• Pro, $9 a month: no note, your own domain, any edits (facts, copy, design) and priority builds.
• Ultra, $20 a month: everything in Pro, search promotion, a blog about your craft with monthly articles, site updates from your new posts and a monthly report. The plan is in development; requests are accepted on the site page.

The current description of the plans is published on the home page. The Service may change the contents and prices of the plans, announcing this on the website.

6. Payment

In the current version no payment is charged. Switching to Pro on the edits page works in demonstration mode: no money is taken from a card, and no payment details are requested or stored. The Service will announce the launch of real payments on the home page and in these terms; until then no payments are accepted.

7. Restrictions

• Do not start builds from other people's profiles without the owners' consent.
• Do not use the Service for spam, deception, infringement of other people's rights or the publication of unlawful content.
• Do not circumvent the limits of the Service: no more than three builds per hour and eight per day are accepted from one address, and the Service builds no more than forty sites a day in total.

The Service may decline a request, pause a build or unpublish a site when these terms are violated.

8. Deleting a site

A site can be unpublished with one click on the status page. Full deletion of the site and the data related to it is performed on request to s2kperm@gmail.com naming the profile handle, usually within ten days. The handling of data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

A new version of the terms is published on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Service after a new version is published, you accept it.
